The Hi-Fi’s from Weymouth, Massachusetts

The Hi-Fi'sLeft to Right: Betty Orchid, Bill Mosman, Judi (Harrington) Petze and Carol Finch

The group released one single on a local label called AVR Records which I believe was owned by Don Latulip a local radio DJ personality.

The A Side “Mr. Bee” received a lot of airplay in the Boston area and the group played many shows and record hops all over the South Shore.

Tragedy struck early on in their career as Carol Finch 16, was killed in an automobile crash that also took the lives of two other local teens and the group never recorded again.

For this record the musical group behind the Hi-Fi’s was The Reveleers. Consisting of Lenny Collins on Drums, Bobby Collins on Piano, Jimmy Olsen on Guitar and Woody Cope on Bass.
